September 8, 2026 (Greenwich, CT) - The Greenwich Association of REALTORS® announces the statistics for home sales for the month of August 2026 according to figures provided by the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, Inc. The Greenwich MLS and greenwich.realestate is the most accurate and comprehensive resource of active inventory and property listing data across all five zip codes of the Town of Greenwich. Single-Family Home Sales There were 37 single-family residential closings reported across all areas of Greenwich during the month of August 2026. This figure decreased 31.21%, compared to August 2025 when there were 58 closings. The Median Sale Price for a single-family home increased 41.05% to $3,950,000 from the median sales price in August 2025, which was $2,800,518. The average Days On Market (DOM) for residential homes was 17 days; which was a 69.09% decrease from 55 days in August 2025. There were 17 new single-family listings brought to the market in August 2026, which is a 34.62% decrease in New Listings when compared to August 2025 when there were 26. At month-end, Active single-family inventory totaled 83 units, which is a 29.1% decrease from August 2025 when there were 117 units available. The % of List Price Received for single-family listings was 103.6%, a 1% increase from August 2025, when it was 102.6%. Condominium and Co-op Sales There were 14 condo/co-op residential closings reported across all areas of Greenwich during the month of August 2026. This figure decreased 26.32%, compared to August 2025 when there were 19 closings. The Median Sale Price for a condo/co-op increased 12.32% to $1,162,500 from the median sales price in August 2025, which was $1,035,000. The average Days On Market (DOM) for condo/co-op residential homes was 31, which was a 39.22% decrease from 51 days in August 2025. There were 21 new condo/co-op units brought to the market in August 2026, which is an increase of 90.91%, compared to August 2025 when there were 11. At month-end, Active condo/co-op inventory totaled 31 units, which is a 22.5% decrease from August 2025 when there were 40 units available. The % of List Price Received for condo/co-op units was 101%, a 0.6% decrease from August 2025, when it was 101.6%. August 10, 2026 (Greenwich, CT) - The Greenwich Association of REALTORS® announces the statistics for home sales for the month of July 2026 according to figures provided by the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, Inc. The Greenwich MLS and greenwich.realestate is the most accurate and comprehensive resource of active inventory and property listing data across all five zip codes of the Town of Greenwich. Single-Family Home Sales There were 74 single-family residential closings reported across all areas of Greenwich during the month of July 2026. This figure increased 2.78%, compared to July 2025 when there were 72 closings. The Median Sale Price for a single-family home increased 2.49% to $3,602,000 from the median sales price in July 2025, which was $3,514,490. The average Days On Market (DOM) for residential homes was 36 days; which was a 28% decrease from 50 days in July 2025. There were 50 new single-family listings brought to the market in July 2026, which is a 28.21% increase in New Listings when compared to July 2025 when there were 39. At month-end, Active single-family inventory totaled 113 units, which is a 18.7% decrease from July 2025 when there were 139 units available. Condominium and Co-op Sales There were 22 condo/co-op residential closings reported across all areas of Greenwich during the month of July 2026. This figure increased 46.67%, compared to July 2025 when there were 15 closings. The Median Sale Price for a condo/co-op decreased 13.123% to $954,500 from the median sales price in July 2025, which was $1,100,000. The average Days On Market (DOM) for condo/co-op residential homes was 55, which was a 48.65% increase from 37 days in July 2025. There were 20 new condo/co-op units brought to the market in July 2026, which is a decrease of 4.76%, compared to July 2025 when there were 21. At month-end, Active condo/co-op inventory totaled 27 units, which is a 42.6% decrease from July 2025 when there were 47 units available. This figure increased 57.14%, compared to June 2025 when there were 14 closings. July 6, 2026 (Greenwich, CT) - The Greenwich Association of REALTORS® announces the 2026 Second Quarter statistics for home sales in The Town of Greenwich, CT. Single-Family Home Sales There were 144 single-family residential closings reported during this period according to figures provided by The Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, Inc., the multiple listing service used by REALTORS® in the Greenwich area. The number of single-family residential closings decreased 8.9%, compared to Q2 2025 when there were 158 closings. The median sale price for a single-family home increased 15.1% to $3,655,000, from the median sales price in Q2 2025, which was $3,175,000. The average days on the market (DOM) for residential homes was 49 days; which was a decrease from 54 days in Q2 2025. Condominium and Co-op Sales There were 49 condo/co-op residential closings reported during this time period; which was a 6.5% increase from Q2 2025 when there were 46 closings. The median sale price for a condo/co-op increased 20.1% to $1,075,000 from the median sales price in Q2 2025, which was $895,000. The average days on the market (DOM) for condo/co-op residential homes was 46; which was a decrease from 66 days in Q2 2025.

Gates, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1976 in memory of Raymond F. Gates, Jr. following his tragic death in an automobile accident. Mr. Gates was the Executive Vice President of the Connecticut REALTORS®. Over the past 50 years, children of REALTORS ® have been awarded scholarships totaling more than $1,300,000.
