"The August 2026 data highlights a highly competitive Greenwich market, where significant reductions in inventory are driving faster sales cycles and continued upward pressure on pricing,” stated Brian Amen, GAR 2026 President. “With single-family home median prices rising over 41% and properties moving in just 17 days on average, it is clear that persistent demand continues to shape our local landscape despite limited available supply."
