Get your open house in front of 11,000+ local followers.
GAR and GMLS members can now promote their public open houses on @WelcomeToGreenwich — reaching thousands of engaged Greenwich followers who are actively interested in local real estate. It's a free member benefit, and it takes less than five minutes to submit.
How to submit

Schedule in FlexMLS

Email your submission
Send the following to [email protected]: property address, MLS number, open house date and time, and one high-quality landscape-orientation photo of the property.

We handle the rest
Your open house will be featured in our Friday post, seen by 11,000+ engaged followers actively looking at Greenwich real estate.
Submission Guidelines
To ensure your Open House can be included in the post, please follow these procedures:
- Schedule your Saturday or Sunday Public Open House in FlexMLS
- Email the following information to [email protected]:
- Property Address and MLS Number
- Open House Date and Time
- List Price
- Attach one high-quality landscape-orientation photo of the property
Important Notes
- Submissions must be emailed no later than Thursday at 3PM prior to the Open House. No exceptions.
- Promotion for properties for sale in Greenwich only (06830, 06831, 06870, 06878, 06807)
- Promotions will highlight the property and Open House details but will not include agent contact information within the post.
- By submitting a photo, you are giving GAR & GMLS the non-exclusive right to post the image on our Welcome to Greenwich social media platforms.
