New and Improved Town of Greenwich Land Records Search System Demo (9/8)

The Town of Greenwich Town Clerk's office has extended a special invite to Greenwich REALTORS® to view a demo of their new and improved Land Records search system. The newly updated ICloud system will be rolled out to the public on September 4th, and will be a more user friendly experience than the current system. An important feature of the new system allows residents to sign up for the 'Real Property Fraud Alert Service' in which a resident will receive email notifications when a document is recorded against an affiliated property or name.

The demo will be available in the HYBRID format- You may attend in person, or via Zoom. A Zoom link will be emailed to all registrants prior to the meeting.
