Join members of the GAR Global Business Council on Monday, May 19th at the Little Green Paint & Paper Greenwich Showroom for an exclusive pop-up event exploring the lucrative opportunities of buying property in Europe, with a focus on the stunning Côte d’Azur region of France and the emerging market of Montenegro.

Our expert speakers, Asher McInerney from France and Olga Bantsekina from Montenegro will join us virtually to break down the “why” behind each market, showcase property options across various price points, and explain the buying process from both a buyer's and a real estate agent’s perspective. We’ll also cover key considerations for U.S. buyers including visas, property ownership laws, tax implications, and more.

Learn how the real estate process differs from the U.S. model—everything from commission structures and agency roles to the absence or presence of MLS systems. And, of course, we’ll wrap up with an important discussion on international referral fees and how to make the most of cross-border collaborations.

Don't miss this chance to expand your global knowledge and network with fellow professionals interested in international real estate.

Light breakfast will be provided by Le Pain Quotidien.

Olga Bantsekina - Global Strategist | Human Capital Architect | Real Estate Innovator: Co-owner of “Montenegro Supreme” (www.msproperty.me), Olga brings 15 years of shaping Montenegro’s property market—guiding investors through sales, residency, and development—but her real superpower lies in decoding human potential.

For 25+ years, she’s engineered success at scale: Built a 30,000+ employee empire as CEO of Coleman Services UK Ltd (HR Consulting, temporary services). Advised governments and various global and local institutions on job creation, human capital strategy being the Honorary Member of the AEB (Association of European Businesses in RF (aebrus.ru)) Board since 2020, Member and the Deputy Chair of the AEB Board since 2012, Member of Advisory Board of MIR Institute for Leadership Development (CO, USA), Member of Advisory Board, CBSD/Thunderbird (Russia) (2009-2010), Member of B20 Russia Taskforce on Job Creation, Employment and Investments in Human Capital (2013), B20 Australia Human Capital Taskforce (2014), B20 Turkey Employment Taskforce (2015).

Now, she leverages that expertise to help real estate professionals master the “people equation”—turning transactions into trust, clients into communities, and agents into ambassadors.

A gene engineering graduate (Moscow State University) turned leadership alchemist, Olga blends data-driven rigor with a flair for bridging cultures. When she’s not unlocking Montenegro’s opportunities, she’s probably mentoring startups or plotting her next mountain trek and helping stray animals find their homes and loving families.
