GAR Global Business Summit 2024

Please join us for the 2024 GAR Global Business Summit on Wednesday, January 24th at the Greenwich Water Club. The doors will open at 8:30AM for a lovely Irish Breakfast and Networking, followed by a fantastic program to begin at 9AM including two speakers who will provide you with fresh and pertinent information you can effectively use to globalize your real estate business.

The first presenter will be Matt Pugliese, Deputy Commissioner and Chief Investment Officer for the State of Connecticut Department of Community and Economic Development (DECD). Matt will share the strategies and initiatives the DECD has implemented to strengthen Connecticut's competitive position in the rapidly changing, knowledge-based global economy.

Zachary Kammerdeiner, Esq., Senior Business Strategist for CATIC will then share his insights on Emerging Market Trends and Innovating in Disrupted Times. Zach will cover topics including Automation in Real Estate, ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering, Social Media, Digital Assets, Virtual Reality, AND the mindset necessary to adapt to change into the future.
