Meet Our Speakers:
Peter Carlson, Executive Chairman, Carlson & Carlson, Incorporated – As Agency Executive Chairman, Peter focuses his expertise in advising successful individuals, families, and business owners in all lines of insurance.
Carlson & Carlson is a 105-year-old independent insurance agency that specializes in working with affluent, high-net worth, and ultra-high net worth families in providing personal insurance and risk management with many of the top rated insurance companies including Chubb, Pure, BerkleyOne, Private Client Select and Cincinnati.
Peter has served on the Agent’s Advisory Council for numerous insurance companies over the years lending his expertise to better serve their mutual clients’ needs. Peter is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent and Broker and a Life & Health Agent. He is a member of The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) and a Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM) through the National Alliance, as well as a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) through Wharton’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education.
Willis Gay is a partner at Howard & Gay Insurance – a firm he co-founded in 2013 with long-time friend and colleague, Livy Howard. Willis brings over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families throughout the United States navigate their insurance needs.
Willis grew up on Long Island and is a proud graduate of Cold Spring Harbor High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he was a “lightly used but well liked” member of the lacrosse team. Before getting into the insurance business, Willis worked on Wall St in New York and in media sales in Los Angeles. Willis enjoys volunteer coaching youth sports and is a past President and board member of the Staples Lacrosse Association.
Willis now lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife, their three children, and an energetic dog – Ollie – who keeps them all on their toes.
Allison Zito, AVP, Agency Sales Manager, Personal Risk Services, Chubb Insurance – With three decades of experience in the Property &Casualty insurance industry and over 13 years specializing in High Net Worth Insurance, Allison partners with Chubb’s top performing broker agents in Connecticut to deliver tailored insurance solutions to highly successful individuals and families.
Allison is passionate about the unique niche of High Net Worth Insurance, with deep expertise in specialized placement for hard-to-place luxury properties, art and other collections, yachts, aviation, kidnap and ransom, personal cyber exposure, flood, luxury automobiles, and workers’ compensation.
Known for her ability to build meaningful connections, Allison excels at bridging the gap between insurance agents, financial advisors, and luxury realtors to create collaborative partnerships. She is a Continuing Ed instructor and frequently hosts educational events. She holds both CPRM and CPRIA designations and is an active member of Private Risk Management Association.
