Participants will also learn about important market trends that may change the way that real estate transactions are done in the next few years. As the entire estate market continues to go digital, electronic signatures, electronic notarization, “RON,” and other fascinating emerging technologies are becoming important concerns for all stakeholders in the settlement process. This course is intended to provide practical considerations for doing business in this changing landscape.
