This Town Hall outing is offered to those who may want to freshen up on how to do a current owner rundown before listing a property on MLS; determine how title is held (in trust, jointly, etc.), any shared driveways, easements, sewer liens; annual real estate taxes, etc.

Please join us for our first GAR/GMLS Managing Brokers and Managers Meeting of 2018 on Wednesday, March 21st from 10am to 11:30am at the GAR/GMLS Office: 40 East Elm St, Greenwich, CT 06830.

Kids In Crisis: A Very Special Open House


Please Join us for a Very Special Open House at Kids In Crisis

Take time to get to know how Kids In Crisis provides free round the clock help for children, teens, parents and care givers. 
A complimentary continental breakfast will be served and house tours will be given.
Since 1978, Kids in Crisis has served 143,200 children and families in need of crisis intervention and prevention services. Kids In Crisis' primary catchment area comprises Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Ridgefield, Stamford, Weston, Westport, Wilton and the greater Bridgeport area.  
The event will include a video presentation featuring children that have been served in the past, and their experiences with Kids in Crisis. Executive Director, Ms. Shari L. Shapiro will speak about the many outreach programs Kids In Crisis runs in the Greenwich community, and how the agency is a resource for any family in need. Kids In Crisis Board member and Greenwich Association of REALTORS® member, Angela Swift will speak about why she personally chose to dedicate her time to help the children.
While monetary donations are always welcome, Kids in Crisis is gearing up for their Summer programming and is in need of supplies! Please consider bringing any of the following items to the event as a contribution:

Found in 1978 as the merger of two popular Greenwich nursery schools, Putnam Indian Field School has since become the premier early-childhood program in the area and is an independent, co-educational pre-school for toddlers through pre-kindergarten. Rooted in a play-based, Reggio Emilia-approach, it has provided children with an outstanding first school experience and a love of learning for nearly 40 years.
