The Average Days on Market has increased from 180 days in November 2016 to now what is 234 days on market. Greenwich and Old Greenwich were our strongest sectors this month; Greenwich closing in on twenty-four sales, from seventeen in November 2016 with an median price increase to $2,142,500 from $1,670,000 and Old Greenwich closing in on ten sales when there were only three in November 2016, and the median price closing in at $1,719,535, which has increased and is still standing strong from what we closed at last month. With a few more weeks left in 2017, it seems as though we will end the year very closely to last years 575 closings,” stated BK Bates, 2017 President of the Greenwich Association of REALTORS®.
