The Greenwich Association of REALTORS is pleased to offer a variety of Continuing Education courses to help you fulfill your requirements for the 2018-2020 CE Cycle. Take advantage of these locally-hosted classes to complete your credits necessary to keep your CT Salesperson or Brokers license active with the state.

Please note the differing start times for each location and allow ample time for parking. You must be present for the entire course, including signing-in and-out, to earn credit. All courses are BYOC (Bring Your Own Coffee).

This tool is actively being used by real estate professionals to cultivate leads and communicate with current and potential clients. This class will provide an overview social media, what it is, the evolution and overview of the digital landscape, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. Technical instruction will be provided on setting up a Facebook page, searching for and connecting to other people, setting up group and organization pages and connecting to other group and organization pages, posting content, news, images, managing profiles, and security settings. This course will also discuss how to use the Advertising tools while maintaining and abiding by the rules of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Services and Real Estate Commission and the guidelines set forth by the National Association of REALTORS'® Code of Ethics; specifically with respect to advertising, disclosure, and professionalism.

This course reviews how to obtain the information, the players involved in a transaction and their expectations, and the public tools available to assist with appropriate research needed in order to meet the demands of all involved.
